Senior Low Latency Rust Engineer

About the role

Lead hands-on development of low-latency trading systems and application frameworks, primarily in Rust or Java, including event-sourced microservices and market-data replay and simulation utilities. Analyze complex systems and business processes, integrate new functions and products, tune performance, and mentor developers while collaborating with users and senior stakeholders. Candidates should bring senior-level expertise in application development, algorithmic trading, market-data technologies, and commercial-grade Java frameworks, with strong knowledge of the JVM, Linux, networking, and performance tuning. Leadership, project delivery, communication, architectural design, and mentoring skills are required; C++ experience is a plus.
