About the role
Define and lead the target-state architecture for the trading backend to ensure scalability, resilience, and low latency. Establish engineering standards and provide technical leadership through code and design for mission-critical trading systems. Requires deep expertise in building trading-core or execution-engine backends with expert-level Java experience in high-throughput systems. Must have a strong understanding of leveraged trading products like CFDs and experience modernizing complex production systems.
