About the role
Investigate complex production issues, create reproducible test cases and diagnostic tools, and prototype trading features and performance tests. Mentor engineers, establish RAD engineering standards, and communicate and document findings for technical and non-technical teams. Requires 10+ years of professional C++ development and 6+ years of networking and Linux experience, including system tuning and debugging. Candidates should have strong production troubleshooting, CI/CD, automated testing, code review, Git, and SQL skills; Python, Bash, profiling, load testing, and capital markets knowledge are desirable.
