Lead Low Latency Engineer

About the role

Own latency analysis and optimization across the trading platform, identifying bottlenecks and delivering improvements to performance, throughput, and reliability. Lead telemetry and alerting initiatives, collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams, and communicate findings and recommendations to senior management. Requires strong C++ engineering experience and a track record building or optimizing low-latency, high-throughput trading systems, with expertise in algorithms, data structures, performance optimization, Linux, and trading infrastructure. Candidates should understand FX or electronic trading workflows, be able to work across stakeholder groups, and communicate technical findings to senior audiences; Java or Python experience is beneficial.
